What to Expect:
You'll fill out a short questionnaire beforehand so I know where you want to go. Then we get 60 minutes together on Zoom. First half is the audit, where I go through your Substack and tell you what's working and what I'd change. Second half is action items, so you walk away with a real plan.
We can cover things like:
Substack growth and what's actually working for you (or not). Your positioning and whether it's clear enough. Content strategy and what to write about next. When to turn on paid and how to think about monetization. How to build a business around your writing. Or honestly, whatever else is taking up space in your brain. I'm flexible.
This isn't just for Substack creators, though.
